General
Certain goods are certified halal by the MUIS. Nonetheless, if you require more information, please reach us to us and we will try our best to assist.
Our products undergo a process known as individual quick freezing/blast freeze/semi block freezing, to retain the highest quality.
Some of the goods are labelled on the outer carton boxes only. Rest assured that all the products have a minimum lifespan of six (6) months up to two (two) years (Product manufactured date will fall within 2 year period). Should you have further query, you are welcome to reach out to us by WhatsApp.
Currently, we only offer live frozen (frozen when alive) or chilled frozen products.
If there is any dissatisfaction with your purchase, please contact us within 3 hours from the dropoff and we will work with you to make it right.

We do not refund for the following reasons:
1. Different in packaging / condition
2. Change of mind
3. Promotional items
aFOODIE have the absolute discretion to reject any exchanges or refunds that does not fulfill the conditions above.
Order
It is not necessary as you can cart out as a guest or registered account holder.
Monday – Saturday, 9.00am with payment is completed and verified.
Payment
We accept paynow to UEN and bank transfer to our company account.
Sorry, we don’t accept cash on delivery. Orders are processed upon verified payment.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Delivery & Collection
9.00 am. Orders will be processed and scheduled for same day delivery after payment is completed and verified.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 1pm to 7pm.
We provide complimentary delivery for all orders above $60. For orders below $60, there is a flat fee of $10 applicable (Singapore island-wide, excluding Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa).
Self collection can be arranged from Monday – Saturday between 11am to 1pm (subjected to appointment/availability).
Unfortunately, it will be difficult to schedule for our drivers as they have different delivery location and route to follow every day. Nonetheless, we will put in a request to the ops team.
You are recommended to check your order upon delivery. If a product is short on delivery, the sender will make an adjustment on the invoice and a refund or re-delivery will be arranged.

At your request, we will leave the goods at your door. It is recommended that the products are to kept refrigerated. We are not liable for missing items or any changes in product quality. If there is no response (by call), the sender will wait up to five minutes before they leave. Rescheduled delivery will be subjected to a $10 fee.
**Things to Note:
Due to product nature, all returns/refunds requests will be declined after time of delivery.
